FRANCK RIBERY wish to move & play at FC BARCELONA. They
argue that the current Barça team under Coach Guardiola is playing so
well that it is attracting the attention of the European stars, in this case,
the both already mentioned.
Tevez is undergoing a frustrating period at Manchester Utd, spending
more time on the bench than on the field. His representatives have thrown
the hook & sinker to other European Clubs, specially Real Madrid &
Barça, with the latter being claimed to be more to Tevez liking as he
has the chance to join up with Messi. However, news from England
rumour that Chelsea FC may be in there with interest for the player.
The same applies with 25 year old Franck Ribery, he desires titles & is
currently having “difficulties” at Bayern. The players has already
expressed that he will be open to offers & has given signs to Real Madrid
& FC Barcelona that he is enthusiastic. The player has been on Barça´s
wish list for sometime.
Spanish Football & Sports will keep an eye on developments.

Although I hardly lost any post I´ve only commented a couple of times. Just a question. You are always talking about field to refers to the place where footballers play but my english teacher has learnt me that its name is pitch. Can you explain me the difference?

PS: I´ve come back learning english, obviously my level of english never was good. That´s why I wonder almost everything.

Americans use a lot pitch
Australians (I am) & British MAY use field instead more often.
Both are correct.
However, your teacher maybe using the term strictly. A pitch is a space with determined limits - like a Football ground. Thus he is right!
A field is a bigger space, like where cows feed... no real boundaries, big space.
I use field sometimes, ground other times, & pitch as well.
