player has lifted hopes at Barça after he commented ( according
to Spanish paper "Mundo Deportivo") that if he had to leave
Tottenham, he would prefer to go to FC Barcelona before
Manchester United.
FC Barcelona is still looking for a center forward & Berbatov
is liked at Barça, but as always the economics come into play.
Manchester United offered 25M€ that was rejected by Tottenham
who asked for 35M€. Barça will not enter into a price war & maybe
be willing to go as far as 25-30M€, plus they have Samuel Eto´o
who is conviencing Barcelona that he is still the Clubs center forward
