News from England & dailys "People & Sunday Star", publish that
MANCHESTER CITY is seriously thinking in attempting to lure over
French International & FC BARCELONA striker THIERRY HENRY.
The English club estimates that a fair price maybe 13M€, given the fact
that the Frenchman has not lived up to expectations & his personal life
difficulties may convience him back to English Football.
SFS thinks Manchester City, if the story has any basis, is very optimistic.
The price is too low, Barça will not let him go & Henry is going through
the "first year blues" of adapting to city , new club & new culture. SFS is
sure next year Henry will explode & make himself & everyone happy.
OPORTO President, Jorge Nuno Pinto Da Costa, has sent a firm message
to REAL MADRID via Portugues media, in reference to rumours of an
interest by the Spanish club for its player QUARESMA. The price of the
player is 40M€, a stiff figure for any team, even for Real Madrid. The
player recently renewed his contract until 2011 & his club has no intention
of making it easy for any club to grab its star player.

There's no way I can see that Barca would allow Henry to go for such a low amount. It's not about the player's worth - letting the player leave for such a low fee would be an admission that the club made a big mistake signing him in the first player.
As for Quaresma, by all accounts he's not enjoyed the best of seasons in Portugal. To me it sounds like the president is attempting to engineer a sale, before the player's reputation starts to slide.
Excellent vision y analysis!
Thanks Scott
Cheers
