As the leyendary rock band "Queen" sang ..."another one bites the
dust", & deserved according what was seen tonight at the "Santiago
Bernabeu" Stadium.
REAL MADRID lost 1-2 to AC ROMA to be eliminated from this
years CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
Real Madrid played way below its normal level. They tried, & the
harder they tried the worst it got. The Italians were pumped &
concentrated & it showed.
The frustration got hold of Real Madrid with so much defending that
Real player PEPE left his side with 10 men when sent off for double
yellow cards.
TADDEI ( above) scored first in the 73rd min with a great header, &
that seemed to wake up Real who reacted with a goal two mins later
by the ever faithfull RAUL (below) , who was in a off -side position
by the way.
Real then tried for a 2ºgoal to equalize the aggregate score & force
the extra-time, but in the 92nd min Roma player VUCINIC scored his
team second & sent Roma into the Q/Finals
Just result, as Roma was far more superior. Lastly, the Football
lesson of old was remembered , take your chances in the 1º leg or the
missed opportunities will return to haunt you. Plenty of ghosts running
around for Real Madrid tonight.

Congrats to Roma, you deserve it.
He's got a hell of a girlfriend too. They made a steamy video that's been posted to the Internet. I just watched it at that celebrity sex website dirtylittletarts.
Unbelievable!
AS you can see readers anonymous is not in here for football...DO NOT LINK ITS A VIRUS!!!
Thanks for the warning! I suppose Real's exit means Bernd Schuster's future is uncertain? I know he's doing well in the league but will the club hierarchy persist with him after another disappointing CL exit?
Yes, if they win the League he´ll be Ok, if he losses it to BCN ...cant be sure but rocky future
Thanks & best

Thank you, and that is where it should stay. Typically nothing about football much less the match, and this is what happens when a service is released into the public domain. Others grab it, live on it and then throw it around for others to be part of it. Anon, keep it to yourself. People like you are viruses.
I watched Real v Roma from start to finish and predicted a 1-1 score with Roma scoring first. Did not anticipate another Roma goal, Schuster was unlucky in gambling on a 3-4-2 since that Roma began to sit on their one man one goal advantage. They were two superb goals and a practical carbon copy of each other, a sweet delivery from the flank finished off by a guided header, both of which left Casillas with no chance to show they had to be excellent headers.
The stats display that Real have failed to reach the last eight for the fourth consecutive season. This team was so formidable in this competition and since del Bosque left their edge has been severely blunted. Capello still got them to the league title again yet was dismissed. That could have been down to the players being disgruntled with him OR to politicis (maybe Capello would not be pushed into corners by the pwers that be) but whatever it was it meant Capello was gone. And I'm not convinced they got a suitable replacement, as much as I wasn't convinced when Schuster first took over.
RedsMan.
Thanks Redsmen,
Look at the rumours at the moment, Mourinho for Real? Schuster is not giving Real neither a good image on the field nor of the field. He is beginning to touch some wrong peoples nerves...
Lets see what happens in La Liga...
Nice to see you in.
Cheers
