SPANISH FOOTBALL - LA LIGA - ROUND 12/2007 SATURDAY GAMES RESULTS

Two games played tonight in Round 12 of the Spanish 1º
Division with a surprise result as the below image of Fc

FC BARCELONA travelled to Madrid to play GETAFE,
& Michael Laudrup´s team won 2-0.
SFS can write dozens of lines , but the story is that it
was not Barça´s night & they were not effective up front.
























Getafe were effective & took their chances with DEL
MORAL ( pictured) opening the score in the 24th min
after a "sleepy" Barça defence allowed the player to
score.
























Then to rub salt in the wound, ALBIN scored the 2º goal
in the 89th min.
Bad night for Barça, & good play from Getafe who deserved
the win.














VALENCIA CF got back into the winning mode with its
3-0 victory over MURCIA.
IVAN HELGUERA scored 1ºst in the 11 th min with a
header, which was then followed with two goals from
DAVID VILLA ( below) in the 25th & 50th min.
