CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2007-08: REAL MADRID & VALENCIA CF BEGIN THEIR QUEST TOMORROW

The Champions League starts tomorrow & two Spanish teams are
involved, REAL MADRID who plays at home its Group C game &
VALENCIA CF who plays away in its Group B match.

REAL MADRID trained tonight for its home clash against German
side WERDER BREMEN tomorrow. The news is that new Dutch
signning ARJEN ROBBEN may make his debut. Its also the first
time coach Schuster participates as trainer in the competition & the
expectation is high on all fronts. Real wishes to start well to allow them
to face the rest of the competition without the pressure & nerves that
accompany if the team does´nt start well. Argentine GAGO may start &
there is the doubt between Robinho & Higuain.

Posible line-ups
Real Madrid: Iker Casillas; Sergio Ramos, Cannavaro, Metzelder,
Marcelo; Gago; Sneijder, Guti, Higuaín or Robinho; Raúl &
Van Nistelrooy.
Werder Bremen: Wiese; Pasanen, Mertesacker, Naldo, Tosic;
Baumann, Vranjes, Jensen; Diego; Sanogo & Hugo Almeida.

VALENCIA CF travel to SCHALKE 04 for their opening match of
Group B under great pressure, specially for its coach Sanchez Flores
who was heavily critized last Saturday in its match against Valladolid
of Round 3 of "La Liga". The team has not started as well as excepted
& Europe is a thorn stuck on the side that they are anxious to get off.
