QUARESMA ( pictured below ) is the prime objective for next season
for ATLETICO DE MADRID
Atletico was close earlier this year but fierce competition from Inter
Milan, Man Utd, Bayern Munich & Lyon put a spammer in the works.
However, recent decisons from clubs & players have put Quaresma
at a shooting distance. The decision of Luis Figo to stay at Inter, the
signning of Nani by Man Utd & the NO by the player to Bayern &
Lyon , makes things easier & more likely that Atletico will be the
chosen team, according to today´s "AS".
SFS wishes to remain its readers that negotiations will be hard & that
( as always) other Spanish clubs could "stick their nose" in at the last
minute complicating the deal.

already shut a deal with Brazilian side SANTOS for its 25 year

thing needed to close negotiations 100% is the medical report that
is a formal part of every transfer & signning process.

That's what I thought: that Manchester United have now 'raised the stakes' for Queresma with their transfers of Nani & Anderson.
