Shame about the Atletic game - it all seemed to fall apart in the space of about 10 minutes! Hate to pick out individuals, but perhaps this very young keeper (is it 'Pichu'?) doesn't look ready for the big games to me - the first goal wasn't his fault - but he seriously flapped after that.
Pretty tough introduction to these serious games - hope he isn't damaged by it.
Sorry Striker, but I've said it before, and I'll say it again - Torres really needs to get out of his comfort zone and leave the club. If he is going to reach his potential while he is still young enough to learn he needs to move.
I hate to say it because I know it is great to have a star player, especially as a striker.

I simply cannot believe how lucky Real were again - credit to Gago for picking out that pass to Carlos - he must have heard a shout for the ball becsaue he plays it blind.
For the last few games Real have been at their most entertaining this season. Maybe I have just got used to the style, but they don't look boring to me at the moment and they are still playing the Capello tactics. The most notable difference I have spotted more recently is that one of the two holding modfielders seems to get forward more often. A few weeks ago Emerson was in the box several times and yesterday Gago was on the end of the ball 2 or 3 times. Maybe Capello has tweaked things a bit.
Is there a distant possibility that Capello will end up staying I wonder?
Perhaps it is too late, maybe a deal has been done with Shuster or Mourinho already.

Hi Evo,
I agree with you, Torres should find a new club.

Capello? If they win the league he will have arguements to stay another season. Yes.

Thanks for the valuable comments
Cheers

Great tennis game. Seems that the surface, grass, didn´t help Atletico.

I hope I'm wrong but my prediction is that since the morale is with Real Madrid and the competition calendar is favourable to Barcelona it will be Sevilla winning the title.
