100,000,000 Euros to get Brazilian & star FC BARCELONA
forward RONALDINHO over to Milan.
Apparently, Berlusconi has mentioned to his political
mates (according to Gazzetta ) that he has 100M€ saved
for the operation. Added to this, it is said, that Ronaldinho
would be paid 9,000,000€ per season in a 5 year contract.
Its no secret that the player, via his brother & representative,
has been hearing the sirens of AC Milan for sometime.
Can we believe this story? More importantly, is Ronaldinho

In footballing terms only Messi is worth that price, Ronny will be past his sell by date in 2 seasons i expect.
However, in marketing and football terms together, Ronny is probably well worth this figure. I expect AC Milan will make their money back in a season or 2 on shirt sales and sponsorships. It also depends on whether they get a cut of his deals
For €100,000,000 AC Milan could round up a few cities in Brasil...perhaps all of Brasil, and produce about 5 Ronaldinho's for their future. Bad idea as he's no spring chicken. Not to mention Berlusconi, no matter how much he fancies he has to blow, is no Abromovich.

Agreed, but don't forget that Ronny is an established brand. So it doesn't matter if you could buy 'all of brazil', 'all of brazil' don't sell shirts - Ronny does.
With marketing yes he is worth that much. But lately his play on the field hasn't been. There is also no doubt that he would greatly improve the aging Milan though.

it does not matter how old you are as long as you can still play and ronny can so he is worth that much
