Real Madrid must buy players that today are the best of the world. Teams like Zaragoza or Villarreal can buy youngs players that in the future, maybe, they can be a greats players, but today neither Gago nor Higuaín are a big, big players.
Quaresma is a fantastic player, however, in Atletico he´ll become in a common player, cos in Atletico, every player are commons... tehy never have good lucky in Atletico.
