SFS wishes to begin early & warm up what is considered one of
WORLD FOOTBALL´s best & classical matches, the REAL
MADRID vs FC BARCELONA game. This weekend Barça
travels to Madrid to play the game that stops a nation
- "el clasico"
Spanish daily "Marca" gives us these impressive layouts &
advances what its expert journalists consider will be the line ups:
both for Real & Barça; first up Real Madrid.
The novelty with Real is that Helguera "returns from the dead"
in defence & pushes Sergio Ramos to right -back ( the position
he plays in the National side). Robinho grabs the left forward
position & Raul the right forward position. The Brazilian Ronaldo
misses due to a Red Card in last weeks match against Getafe.
FC Barcelona goes into the classic with a defeat against Chelsea
& this must have given rise to some questions, specially upfront
were the absence of Samuel Eto´o is starting to be noticed.
However, nothing like a match of this calibre to lift spirits
& get back on your winning way. Below is the lineup according
to the Sp. press
¿Who do you think will win? ¿Confident to
give us a score?

Too early to talk about line-ups I think - I bet Capello will be thinking about this till the day before. In any case, Guti is now doubtful for the game as he hasn't trained for two consecutive days.
These games are always hard to predict. So often results go against the general run of form, that all I'll venture is that it's unlikely to finish 0-0.
This time round, I must say that the encounter received much more publicity than it should have. If I were to guess, it would be of the respective defeats they met during the previous days.
Unfortunately, I am not confident enough to predict a result. But looking at the run of things, Barça seemed to have found the pace in La Liga, and so is Ronaldinho, who previously demolised Real at his own will.
To give credit to Real, they now boast the most formidable defence in Spain, and might be a tough nut to crack. And it might not be as easy as it looks to get past the likes of Cannavaro and Sergio Ramos. What's more, Eto'o is not part of the XI for Barça.
A high-scoring draw of, say, 2-2, would really please the two sides as well as fans like me.
I agree with soccerguy, a high scoring match but I believe Barca will scrap a victory. 3-2 to Barca.

Ming
