I can't imagine how Ruud would adapt to Real Madrid, if the news were true. They've obviuosly got too much attacking players on their side, and Ruud isn't one who will be too pleased serving a rotation role.
And is €15 million a bit too low a cost? With his credentials that can get any club 20+ goals per season, it is certainly a well worth bargain. But how can ManU let go of such a prize talisman?
Wondering y Real doesn't get Aimar? He is an excellent player and since Kaka isn't going to be sold, Real can get Aimar as a possible replacement for Zizou.

In reference to Ruud, he is not wanted by his coach & he has 30 years of age, plus he wishes to go to Real. This may explain the economic question
In ref to Aimar, he is good but cannot be compared to Zidane. Real M is not an ordinary club, Aimar hasnt the personality to sustain the enormous pressur

ManU have made a terrible mistake by getting rid of van Nistelrooy. They will now have the difficult task of finding a replacement-- now that it is clear Torres is interested in staying with Atletico.

About the Madrid squad, I think Emerson's entrance could be a good move, they were missing a central defensive midfielder last season.
