Spanish press has communicated that a deal has
been settled between CHELSEA & VALENCIA CF
for the transfer of ASIER DEL HORNO.
The terms are a sum of 7,000,000€ paid to Chelsea & a
5 year contract for del Horno. This leaves vacant the left
back position at Chelsea for the more than probable incorporation
of Roberto Carlos.

I don't think only R. Carlos is heading towards Stamford Bridge.
The verdict of the Italian scandal is out... and there would inevitably be some 'transfer frenzy'. Now Chelsea are linked with Cannavaro, Nesta and who knows who else. With the right amount they would all find the offers too irresistable to reject.
And Del Horno's a good player. He's still young, so I wish him all the best for his future.
