Some quick news pieces for our global fans & friends
inside the Spanish Football scene.
(JA Espina)
Luis Aragones, Spanish World Cup coach, has summonded
some 28 players to pass sometime together
in Madrid, to increase harmonization, let everyone know
each other, see some videos , begin the psychological
strenghtening sessions & have a few beers & laughs.
(Read more on possible squad selections in a below
article on this page)
The surprise & the news is that young Barcelona Midfield
player (pictured) Iñiesta has been called up. The surprise
is that Getafe player Pernia - just nationalized Spanish - was
not on that list. Iñiesta is in great form coming into the end
of season. Who will he leave out?
Luis Aragones will give his final 23 player list on the
15th of May.

Atletico de Madrid have finally signed up for next season
Chec International & Borussia Dortmund player, Tomas
Rosicky- pictured above - for a cool sum of about
11,000,000€. I´m sure it´s more, as clubs & reps never give
out a true figure.
Have to say, don´t know much about this player. If any of
our readers can give me a rundown I would appreciate it
dearly.
Lastly, don´t forget, another round of "La Liga" this weekend
with Round 37 ( second last). Read tomorrow preview & TIPS

Wow! Tomas Rosicky going to Atletico Madrid! I thought Borussia wasn't going to sell him? Anyway, it's their loss not to keep him, because Rosicky is no doubt a world-class player.
I would call him a hard-tackling midfielder, with his trademark tackles his assets. He also has a pretty good stamina that can last him for a full 90 minutes. That was why during his time at Borussia he helped them to a Bundesliga championship and a UEFA Cup final.
Touted as the next Czech captain, he is currently an integral member in the Czech team, taking jersey number 10. Hopefully, with his guidance, Czech Rep. can go far in the World Cup.
Thats for putting me on the ball. hope he adapts to Sp Football & gives Atletico many joys...
Thanks
Cheers
