SPANISH FOOTBALL | LIGA | ROUND 11 WEDNESDAY GAMES FINAL RESULTS

Spanish Football & Round 11 of Liga continued Wednesday night with four games scheduled. Here is a brief summary of the main events, the final results-scores & all the goalscorers which were plenty.

Spanish Football 2013

Crisis at Valencia CF which lost at home tonight 1 - 2 to Almeria. One gets the sad impression that the Valencia players are doing their best to force the sacking &/or resignation of their current Coach Dukic. This difficult to believe "conspiracy theory" has been doing the rounds in the Spanish Sports media & after witnessing the match ...

Valencia got off the a good start with a penalty converted by Jonas in the 33rd min. But the Valencia game went slowly deteriorating & Almeria equalized via Torsiglieri in the 62nd min & the winner came for Almeria in the 70th min with a goal from Aleix Vidal.

Valencia Coach Dukic said in post press conference that he feels strong enough to continue, but his players may have other thoughts.

Spanish Football 2013

Valladolid managed a heroic comeback down 0 - 2 to finish against visiting Real Sociedad drawing 2-2. Real Sociedad & the two goals from Griezmann - 14th & 52nd min - seemed to have put the visitors on course. But it all changed when Valladolid scored in the 75th min via Larsson, followed by the equalizer in the 78th min with Javi Guerra. Valladolid nearly had the victory in extra-time but Ebert missed a penalty.

Spanish Football 2013

Osasuna won Madrid Club Rayo Vallecano 3 - 1. A horror run for Rayo Vallecano with a glim future ahead in Liga at this going rate. The three goals for Osasuna came from Oier in the 1st min, Oriel Riera in the 13th min & Roberto Torres in the 58th min. Rayo managed a consolation goal late via Galvez in the 72nd min.

Spanish Football 2013

Great game of Football with Real Madrid winning a thorny & flighty Sevilla FC 7 - 3. The night & match gave us some news headlines, with "Comander Cristiano Ronaldo" scoring a HAT-TRICK, Gareth Bale scoring two goals & serving passes for others to score theirs, Karim Benzema ended his goal drought with two goals & Xavi Alonso got minutes, played well & is always good news.

Sevilla FC guided by the fantastic Ratikic - with two goals & who missed a penalty in the 73rd min - was rocky, flighty & kept standing up after being knocked around. Sevilla midfielder M´Bia then was sent off after a foul on Modric that was his second yellow & this finally took the wind out of the Sevilla sails.

Said this, the individual qualities of the Real Madrid players & the overpowering fire-power upfront of the home team was determinant. The performance will lift the Real Madrid spirits after being criticised for last weekends "clasico". Here are the goalscorers:
