SEVILLA FC 2013

Sevilla FC was feeling the pinch from the fans & Club Directives especially Coach Unai Emery. His team & Ratikic pulled Sevilla through with a 2 - 1 victory over Osasuna. The Croatian International not only scored the opener in the 56th min but was outstanding & "man of the match". Osasuna lost defender Damia to a red card & left his team with 10 men, this had an effect & Sevilla got the second thanks to Jairo in the 76th min. The only goal for Osasuna came late in the 88th min via Riera. Three important points to Sevilla FC!

Spanish Football Soccer 2013

Outstanding game from Villarreal winning Valencia CF 4 -1 with a brilliant Giovani who scored two goals for Villarreal - 50th & 84th min. Earlier team-mates Uche scored the opener in the 17th min & H . Perez in the 22nd min. Valencia CF only goal came from Ricardo Costa in the 63rd min.

Villarreal stay up in the Liga table while the "rain clouds" return to Valencia & over their Coach Dukic who will be feeling the heat all next week.

Spanish Football Soccer 2013

Real Sociedad seems to be lifting themselves out of their serious season slump with an important & convincing 3 - 0 win at home over Almeria. Young Frenchman Griezmann was on fire & very sharp tonight scoring his teams goals (2) in the 13th & 50th min. Real Sociedad then had Jose Angel join the party with his goal in the 57th min & his teams third. Almeria tried to win back some pride & grab a goal but Real Sociedad goalie Bravo made sure to keep his goal "virgen".

Spanish Soccer Liga 2013

Wonderful night for young Oliver Torres who started in the Atletico de Madrid XI for the first time & scored the opener after only 15 seconds! What a start for the "Kid". This was an omen for Atletico which comfortably won Real Betis 5 - 0. David Villa got back into the goalscoring groove with two goals  - 53rd & 57th min - & Diego Costa scored in the 64th min to open up a further gap as the current leading goalscorer in Spanish Football.
