Hi guys, getting heaps of emails from the Spanish Football Sports Blog readers from the US & the Asian region asking me if there is any REAL truth to the rumours that the current Inter Milan Coach JOSE MOURINHO will be the next REAL MADRID Coach.
Well I will have to reply that it is a 90 % possibilty, barring last moment changes. The local media call it a "done deal", going as far to cite that it will cost Real Madrid 10M€ to get him out of Inter Milan & a 3 year contract. The Portuguese Coach asks for total control ( how will Jorge Valdano handle this? ) & has asked for Brazilian International & Inter defender Maicon as the first transfer operation.That is all I can answer, as many strange things happen in Football & I cannot give a 100% confirmation. But everyone, repeat everyone in the Spanish Football scene are saying it is "done" & will be confirmed sometime after tonights Champions League Final against Bayern Munich. Mourinho desires to win the Champions League title tonight & go to Real Madrid as the "new messiah".
