SPANISH CUP - 1º LEG Q/FINALS 2008
Two games played tonight of the SPANISH CUP 1º leg Q/Finals
with the other two scheduled for tomorrow.
GETAFE let off the hook MALLORCA with 1-0 victory after dominanting
a non-existent visiting side from start to finish. Said in other words, Getafe
could not finish the "killing" of its opponent that now has the chance to
turn the table in the 2º leg clash.
The score for Getafe was DE LA RED ( above).
Same story here as well, Valencia dominanted & "let off the hook"
Atletico, who will attempt to grab the tie at their home ground in
the 2º leg. Final score:
VALENCIA CF 1 ( Silva 32min) - ATLETICO DE MADRID 0
Tomorrows other & remaining Q/Final 1º leg clashes are :
Racing - Athletic de Bilbao
Villareal - Fc Barcelona

I think that valencia must try to win the cup. the season is awful and this is the last chance to play in europe tournamets
