Valencia CF hosted Elche a Club hoovering dangerously close to the relegation zone. The winner today was Valencia with a 2 - 1 victory. The goals for Valencia came from Piatti in the 22nd min & from Parejo in the 61st min. Elche got their goal in the 18th minute through Coro, but in the 70th min Elche missed a chance to equalize when they failed a penalty that Valencia goalie Guaita brilliantly stopped.
