EURO 2012 | SPANISH FOOTBALL TEAM | THREE OPTIONS UPFRONT

The SPANISH FOOTBALL TEAM Selector & Coach Vicente Del Bosque has finally decided on the three Centre Fowards for the EURO 2012 competition:

• ALVARO NEGREDO ( Sevilla FC)
• FERNANDO TORRES ( Chelsea FC)
• FERNANDO LLORENTE ( At. Bilbao)

Three players with distinct characteristics that will give the Spanish Forward-line variation, alternatives & differing options depending on the opponent, match circumstances or state of possible injuries.

Negredo - Torres - Llorente

In the words of Del Bosque:

Negredo is more tuned-in with the Spanish Team style of touch football, while Torres natural predatory area is on the edge between onside & the off-side & Llorente is superb in the air & can defend the ball away from defenders allowing the midfield to come into action.


As the saying goes, three are better than one, & Spain has three top World-class upfront players.
