FC BARCELONA SIGNS YOUNG PROMISE KIKO FEMENIA FROM HERCULES

SPANISH FOOTBALL has a new name to its long list of future young up & coming Football stars, KIKO FEMENIA, 20 year old Spain International just signed by FC BARCELONA from Club HERCULES. Many will not know the name or the player but the "kid" has already played 33 matches for Hercules that has been recently relegated to the 2º Division after playing in all last season in La Liga.

FC BARCELONA has snatched up the midfielder for its B TEAM at a price of 2M€ & for a three year contract. The idea is to allow the player to keep evolving & leave the door open to access the Barça A TEAM if his progression continues & if the A TEAM needs to call the player up for his services. Plus , FC Barcelona sees the player as a mid to long term investment placing him a 20M€ contract release clause that opens up options of a later sell at a profit if the occasion arises.

Keep an eye on this player, even though his signing is for the Barça B team, many see the youngster soon "jumping" for more regular action in the Liga & the Barça A side.
