SPANISH CUP RESULTS | 2010-2011 LAST 16 TEAMS 2ºLEG WEDNESDAY GAMES

You may not know that I am currently enjoying some time in the North of Spain. Finding an Internet connection at this time is a small miracle, but with SPANISH CUP results in & SFS Blog readers in mind, here is a quick summary of tonights results. Please excuse me if the post is not as detailed as it is normally.

Abidal scores the winner

ATHLETIC DE BILBAO was eliminated by FC BARCELONA after the 2º leg clash finished 1 - 1. The goals came from ABIDAL in the 74th min & FERNANDO LLORENTE in the 84th min for the home team. The away goal counted here as Barça suffered for this result & it was an intense game worthy of Spanish Cup Football.

SEVILLA FC won & eliminated MALAGA 3-0. The goal scorers were ROMARIC (50th m), PEROTTI (63rd m ) & LUIS FABIANO from a great free-kick in the 88th min.

DEPORTIVO eliminated CORDOBA 3-1 after both went into extra time.

Tomorrow the rest of the SPANISH CUP matches are scheduled. I will try to find somewhere to at least attempt a post. Tweet
